Over the past decade, he held both technical and operational leadership roles in he company and founded the business operations team of the company.

Paradatheth also led the development of many Grab products and platforms related to the company’s deliveries and mobility services from a small base to its current multi-billion gross merchandise value (GMV) business.

In 2020, Grab promoted Paradatheth to the post of chief technology officer of mobility, automation and platform excellence, deliveries, and experiences.

In this role, he was leading over 1000 engineers, data scientists and technical program managers across various countries to design, build and optimise large-scale systems powering Grab’s verticals.
