Paradatheth also led the development of many Grab products and platforms related to the company’s deliveries and mobility services from a small base to its current multi-billion gross merchandise value (GMV) business.

In 2020, Grab promoted Paradatheth to the post of chief technology officer of mobility, automation and platform excellence, deliveries, and experiences.
