Capco, a subsidiary of Indian IT services company Wipro, has appointed Andrew McGinn as a Partner and Southeast Asia (SEA) Digital Lead.

He will be based in Singapore.

Capco is a business and technology management consultancy, operating primarily in the financial services and energy sectors. Capco's operational headquarters is in London and it has 32 offices across the Americas, Europe, and Asia

In his new role, McGinn will drive digital strategy and transformation initiatives for the company’s clients.

Prior to joining Capco, McGinn was head of digital at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Hong Kong.

He has over 15 years of experience, including technology-focused senior leadership roles at Accenture subsidiary Javelin Group.

Capco’s CEO, Lance Levy, said McGinn's "passion for delivering results for his clients will be instrumental to advancing our partnerships as we enable our customers in navigating this evolving marketplace”.

McGinn said the evolution in customer behaviour was creating fresh opportunities for banks to deliver new services and propositions.

"Capco has the experience and expertise to support these transformational initiatives... I'm delighted to be joining the rapidly growing Capco team in Southeast Asia," McGinn said.
