SP Group, a transmission network operator in Singapore and Australia, has given its chief security officer Steve Lee the additional title of chief information officer as well.
Lee announced the change in a LinkedIn post last week.
“This week, I assumed the role of chief information officer of SP Group,” Lee wrote.
“I also remain the chief security officer covering data, cyber and physical security.
“I am humbled by this appointment and will definitely give my best, drawing on my past experiences from Changi Airport Group and IHiS (Integrated Health Information Systems) and learning/growing around the sustainability and digital energy agenda.”
An SP Group spokesperson did not return a request for comment.
Lee’s past experience includes over a decade as the CIO of the Changi Airport Group.
