France’s data centre player Etix Everywhere has launched a new 23MW data centre facility named BKK#2 in Bangkok, Thailand.

The new 16,000 m² facility sits next to Etix BKK#1, which delivers 5MW.

This has resulted in a combined AI-ready capacity of 28MW at the company’s Bangkok campus.

The campus supports up to 150kW per rack.

It offers air, liquid, and immersion cooling.

The campus is designed for AI-native infrastructure, while staying compatible with traditional IT.

Etix Everywhere’s CEO Asia, Pierre Patris, said, with the development of Etix BKK#1, the capacity of the company has multiplied by six in just three years.

“We now have 2 MW available immediately at Etix BKK#1, and the launch of Etix BKK#2 with an additional 23 MW comes at the right time”, said Patris.

“The fact that ETIX BKK#2 is next door is a great advantage for our customers because they can benefit from the same telecom ecosystem and grow within the same area, like if it was the same building,” he added.

Etix targets a PUE below 1.4.

The campus integrates on-site renewables and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

It also uses green concrete and steel to cut embodied carbon.
