This will be located in Johor Bahru’s Iskandar Puteri, near to Singapore border.

It comprises two buildings: a 120MW two-story data center and a 100MW facility.

This aim is to address the demand for hyperscale digital infrastructure and support cloud, AI, and ML workloads.

The initial phase of the campus will be ready in the last quarter of 2026.

It will be powered by TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad).

It is equipped with redundant points of entry and a fiber ring connecting to multiple telco networks, providing scalability for businesses.
