Singapore-based healthcare provider Health Management International Pte Ltd (HMI Medical) is implementing a unified cloud management system to strengthen operations and support continued expansion across Southeast Asia.

The move aims to consolidate the company’s expanding portfolio of specialist services and simplify management across multiple entities.

It will improve workflow efficiency and decision making for over 2,800 staff across Southeast Asia.

As part of this transformation, HMI Medical is adopting a comprehensive suite of enterprise management tools from Workday.

The healthcare services provider will deploy Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Financial Management, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Workday Contract Intelligence, powered by Evisort AI.

These systems will be unified under Workday Illuminate, the AI-powered platform, enabling real-time data sharing and analytics across departments.

Support talent and financial management

With Workday, HMI Medical will enhance productivity and streamline workflows across the organisation.

It will leverage real-time data and analytics to support talent and financial management.

Beyond HR and finance, teams across the organisation, including executive leadership, legal, planning and analytics teams, will benefit from a unified, integrated system for informed decision-making.

Workday Illuminate will support HMI Medical in automating repetitive tasks and free up employees’ time for strategic initiatives.

Leveraging AI-driven insights for better decision-making and personalised support, HMI Medical will be better positioned to attract, grow, and retain top talent.

With Workday’s unified cloud management suite, HMI Medical will gain a comprehensive view of workforce, financial data, and operations.

This will enable smarter decision-making and agile responses to changing patient and staffing needs.
