Lighthouse Independent Media has launched its inaugural Retail Reset 2021 conference aimed at helping retailers identify the latest trends within the retail landscape since the pandemic.

Retail Reset 2021 will cover various case studies and best practices for retailers to adapt their retail blueprint to match the new retail normal.

The key areas that will be covered include:

  • Evaluating your business for the new consumer
  • Retooling for the digital age with key technological investments
  • Preparing for the age of unified commerce
  • Re-engineering the new wave of logistic network infrastructure 

The virtual two-day conference will be held on 14 – 15 September 2021.
