Arthaland, a Philippines real estate developer, has built and launched a unified suite of mobile and web applications called NAVIS BY ARTHALAND using an AI-powered low-code platform.

The company has unified enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

The applications support real-time sales computation, customer transaction management, digital broker accreditation, and handover quality assurance.

Arthaland is using OutSystems’ AI-powered low-code platform.

This has helped the company develop each application in three months.

Arthaland’s head of business and information technology, Gerard Vincent Casanova, said that with Outsystem’s AI-powered low-code agility, the company is able to develop enterprise-grade solutions faster, reducing development waste and optimising resources.

Enhance sales efficiency

According to the company, the applications automatically generate real-time computation sheets with multiple payment options.

This helps enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.

It provides property buyers with a centralised platform to manage transactions, browse properties, access digital payments, and retrieve property documents and details.

The applications help digitise and streamline broker accreditation with easy applications, secure document submission, and real-time status tracking.

This eliminates paperwork delays and ensures up-to-date accreditation status.

Additionally, the company is able to have a transparent, structured incentive programme that converts successful broker sales into redeemable points to enhance broker engagement.

It has helped Arthaland develop a quality assurance tool.

It ensures unit deliveries meet the company’s quality benchmarks by streamlining inspection, documentation, and issue resolution.

Arthaland uses OutSystems to speed up prototyping and streamline cloud-based workflows.

This helps the company optimise resources and reduce energy use during application development.

The company plans to leverage OutSystems to expand its suite of applications by developing a one-stop supplier portal and upgrading NAVIS BY ARTHALAND for customers to include vendor offerings.
