Ericsson has appointed Adriana Garrido as head of cloud, software and services (CSS) for its market area Southeast Asia, Oceania & India (MOAI).
It will take effect on October 1, 2025.
She will be based in Singapore and report directly to Andres Vicente, head of MOAI.
In this role, Garrido will lead Ericsson’s CSS business in the region, supporting customers in digital transformation journeys and driving innovation across networks.
She will focus on accelerating the adoption of cloud-native and intelligent network solutions, including 5G, AI, and Cloud, to deliver secure, open, and programmable infrastructure.
Most recently, she led Ericsson’s CSS unit in Japan and Korea, overseeing large-scale ICT transformations and 5G deployments.

Garrido brings over 20 years of international leadership experience across research and development, sales, and service delivery in Europe and Asia.
