Singaporean communications services provider MyRepublic is leveraging software company Boomi’s low-code integration platform to improve efficiency, performance, and deliver better customer experience.

The telco had recently launched cloud-native multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS) platform, Encore that helps operators achieve their business outcomes. The platform manages a multitude of live processes across order fulfilment, billing, service assurance, mobile apps and chatbots, with an API section that has surpassed 25 million transactions.

To enhance Encore’s efficiencies and its real-time decision-making capabilities, the firm has implemented Boomi’s solutions.

MyRepublic Digital’s managing director Gary Liew said they have been to automate and increase Encore’s end-to-end order processing efficiency.  “We could deliver the frictionless experience that customers expect from digital brands,” he said.

He added that they observed a marked reduction in waiting time for modems between one and two business days, allowing them to deliver services quickly.

With Boomi’s low-code iPaaS, MyRepublic Digital has successfully performed automation enhancements and has enabled reusable configuration for integration with third-party vendors and partner payment gateways. This has helped the firm simplify its digital ecosystem. Since its initial deployment in 2019, Boomi's API management tool has supported the telco’s platform with approximately 3.5 million transactions added per quarter.

Boomi’s end-to-end workflow management platform, AtomSphere has kept the customisation of interfaces at a minimum, accelerating the integration process.

With focus on scalability, flexibility, and simplification to accelerate transformation, Gary said the firm is looking to explore new facets in their partnership.
