Vantage Data Centers to set up regional hub in Hong Kong

To support expansion plans in Asia Pacific.

US-based Vantage Data Centers is establishing a regional hub in Hong Kong that will house engineering, construction, sales and leadership functions to support its business across the APAC region.

The 5,000-square-foot office, located in Kowloon, will be able to accommodate up to 50 employees.

Vantage’s APAC headquarters is in Singapore, while its global headquarters is in Denver, USA.

Vantage’s APAC business chief operating officer, Giles Proctor, said that the number of data centre campuses, as well as the employees at the Hong Kong regional office, "will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth plans".

Further, the modern office in Hong Kong "will empower the team" to better serve the customer base in APAC to meet demand and realise the vision for growth, he added.

Vantage Data Centers currently has more than 180 employees based in the Asia Pacific, which is nearly double the size since the company entered the region in late 2021.
