To aid fast sign-up and onboarding.

UNO Digital Bank is set to use India-based BusinessNext’s software to underpin customer relationship management (CRM).

The selection of the CRM system follows an earlier announcement that UNO Digital Bank would use AWS for its IT infrastructure.

UNO Digital Bank’s relationship managers intend to use two BusinessNext suites - CRMNext and CollectionsNext, “to quickly authorise transactions, resolve issues, and delight customers”.

Customers of the bank, which is licensed to operate in the Philippines, should “experience a concierge-like, smooth, fast, and secure onboarding process when signing up,” it added.

The software will also give bank staff “a holistic, intelligent view of the customer that supports and enables our relationship managers to make quick decisions to upsell, cross sell, and lock in customers.”

UNO Digital Bank is a full-spectrum credit-led digital bank licensed under the digital banking license framework by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) in the Philippines.

It is intended to be operational within a year.
