SAS appoints Lim Hsin Yin as Managing Director for Singapore

Lim has previously held leadership positions at Dell Technologies, Avaya and IBM.

SAS has appointed Lim Hsin Yin as Managing Director for Singapore. Lim will be responsible for accelerating customer adoption of AI and predictive analytics through partnerships and alliances.

Lim was most recently Director of Cloud & Data Storage Solutions for Singapore and Malaysia at Dell Technologies. She previously served as the Managing Director for Avaya Singapore and held leadership positions at IBM in software and financial services.

“Analytics is increasingly seen as an essential business need that can help organisations build business resilience and enhance their competitive edge in this post-pandemic age. From combating the multifaceted challenges of fraud to bringing new insights in customer intelligence, to improving risk and compliance management, we see growth opportunities for businesses across all sectors as they embrace digital transformation,” said Lim.

Lim also aims to empower students and kickstart careers of data analytics professionals Through partnerships and certification efforts.
