Salesforce has announced three key additions to its ASEAN leadership team effective immediately.
The Salesforce team has been supporting ASEAN companies of all sizes with best practices to take advantage of during this digital age.
These new appointments include:
Bernard Solomon, Regional Vice President - Malaysia & Vietnam

Bernard is responsible for driving growth for Salesforce in Malaysia and Vietnam. Based in Singapore, Solomon’s focus will be on expanding local operations in the markets under his care and ensuring the success of local customers, partners and employees.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Solomon had accumulated over 30 years of IT experience in various capacities such as Sales, Programming, and Project Management across various industry verticals – including Finance, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Healthcare and more.
He was most recently leading the regional operations of WalkMe as the ASEAN Country Manager. Solomon has also held various leadership positions at SAP, Oracle and NGA.
Kittipong (Kit) Asawapichayon, Managing Director - Thailand

Asawapichayon is responsible for driving growth for Salesforce in Thailand. He will be in charge of overseeing Salesforce Thailand’s local operations, and ensuring the success of Thai customers, partners and employees.
Asawapichayon is based in Bangkok, Thailand, where Salesforce recently opened an office in July 2021.
A veteran of the IT industry with over 30 years of work experience, Asawapichayon held roles with IBM in Thailand, ASEAN, and Asia Pacific. He was most recently responsible for IBM Asia Pacific’s Security Software Ecosystem & Channels business and was a board member of IBM Thailand.
Asawapichayon’s portfolio of experience includes Cloud, Data & AI, Security, IoT, Blockchain and more, across various industries such as Banking, Telecommunications and Retail. His other regional leadership roles that he held at IBM include the Geographic Expansion Business, the IBM-Apple Partnership, B2B Sales in ASEAN, and Banking in Asia Pacific.
Latika Minocha, Vice President - Alliances, Partners and Channels, ASEAN

Minocha is responsible for accelerating and scaling the growth of Salesforce with and through Partners across ASEAN. This includes Consulting Partners, Resellers and Implementation Partners. She is based in Singapore and is a member of the ASEAN executive leadership team.
With nearly 30 years of leadership experience and diverse expertise in Alliances and Channels, Partner Sales, Consulting, Sales Excellence and Business Operations, Minocha joins Salesforce from SAP and Qualtrics where she held key leadership roles.
Minocha has built strong teams and delivered growth through Partners, and has also worked with other global companies like Accenture, Oracle and Microsoft.
