IHH Healthcare (IHH), an integrated healthcare provider is consolidating multiple enterprise systems into a single cloud-based platform to streamline operations, improve workforce visibility and strengthen care delivery across its international network.

The healthcare provider, which operates 190 healthcare facilities including 89 hospitals across 10 countries, said the transformation will unify finance, human resources and supply chain operations while reducing reliance on fragmented legacy systems.

Dilip Kadambi, group chief financial officer at IHH Healthcare said the company’s digital transformation strategy is focused on strengthening core systems, data platforms and AI capabilities to support operational consistency as the organisation expands across markets

He further said, building a more connected and data-driven organisation would help IHH Healthcare deliver consistent care standards across markets while improving operational efficiency, resilience and employee experience, allowing healthcare teams to focus more on patient care.

IHH Healthcare’s network includes brands such as Fortis Healthcare, Gleneagles Hospitals, Mount Elizabeth Hospitals, Pantai Hospitals and Acibadem Healthcare Group.

The deployment will see Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP used to improve process effectiveness, productivity and governance, while Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is expected to streamline HR operations and enhance workforce insights. Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM will support procurement optimisation, medical inventory visibility and supply chain resilience.

Overcoming challenges from visibility to governance

The company said the platform consolidation is expected to improve process visibility, procurement management, workforce planning and governance across the organisation, while enabling greater use of AI-driven operational insights.

Oracle said the healthcare sector faces mounting operational complexity as providers expand across markets with varying regulatory and healthcare requirements.

“Multinational healthcare providers are tasked with delivering high-quality patient care while navigating a web of complex healthcare systems with different rules and regulations,” said Garrett Ilg, executive vice president for Japan & Asia Pacific at Oracle.

“With Oracle Fusion Applications, IHH Healthcare can unify critical business functions…, align with local requirements, and leverage embedded AI to automate processes, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve overall care,” he added.

The initiative comes as healthcare providers across Asia-Pacific face growing pressure to improve operational efficiency, workforce management and supply chain resilience while maintaining consistent patient care standards across markets.
