Qualtrics has appointed Raen Lim as managing director for its Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) business.

Lim, based in Singapore, will lead Qualtrics’ regional operations to drive growth.

She will help customers accelerate their adoption of the company’s AI-powered experience management solutions.

She was most recently serving as Splunk's group vice president for Asia.

Before this, she held senior leadership roles at Oracle, Salesforce, and Symantec.

Commenting on her appointment, Lim said, “Experience is the defining factor in business success, and as an industry leader, Qualtrics is trusted by thousands of organisations worldwide to deliver measurable outcomes at every touch point."

“What sets Qualtrics apart is our AI capabilities, investments and innovations are proven, best-in-class, and deliver lasting value - not just promises. Across the region, I’m excited to help leading organisations continue to transform how they understand and engage with their customers and employees,” she added.

Her appointment comes as Qualtrics reports strong regional adoption of its AI-driven solutions.

According to the company, over a third of customers have upgraded to Qualtrics AI, while 90 percent of its top 50 enterprise accounts are using one or more of its AI-powered innovations.

The company also recently announced a US$6.75 billion investment to acquire Press Ganey Forsta, aimed at accelerating innovation and expanding its data and healthcare capabilities.
