Malaysia’s IGBPM taps Yardi to digitise real estate operations

Replaces legacy systems to unify leasing, accounting and facilities management.

Malaysian real estate player, IGB Property Management (IGBPM), has partnered with Yardi to implement a cloud-based real estate platform.

The move replaces legacy systems with a unified platform that connects leasing, accounting, forecasting, and facilities management.

This reduces manual data entry and enhances real-time reporting across the commercial portfolio.

It will help IGBPM deliver faster and accurate services to customers.

All business functions will now operate within a single ecosystem.

IGBPM's chief executive officer, Irene Sin, said the transformation will enable faster decision-making and improve tenant services.

"This transformation will not only elevate how we operate internally but enhance the service experience for our tenants and stakeholders, fostering stronger relationships and long-term growth," Sin added.

IGBPM aims to boost service delivery by gaining better visibility across operations.

The rollout positions IGBPM to scale operations and support long-term growth through cloud technology.
