Workday gets Jess O'Reilly as new general manager for ASEAN business

Workday has appointed Jess O’Reilly as general manager for its ASEAN business.

She will be based in Singapore.

In this role, O’Reilly will drive growth across the region, oversee market expansion, and build strong relationships with clients and partners

Before joining Workday, she was working as the area vice president of Asia at UiPath.

Commenting on her appointment, Jess O’Reilly said organisations in ASEAN are transforming approach to workforce management with agility.

There is excitement to build on Workday’s vision and momentum in ASEAN, continuing to deliver innovations to support customers on their transformation journey,” said O’Reilly.

She joins Workday’s Asia Pacific leadership team and brings over 15 years of experience in the technology sector.

O’Reilly has spent over a decade focused on the Southeast Asian market, holding leadership roles at cloud and SaaS companies, including Salesforce, UiPath, and Twilio.

The appointment comes as organisations across ASEAN increase investment in intelligent enterprise solutions to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen competitiveness.
