Switzerland-based global private banking group EFG International has appointed Sigrid Rouam as its chief data officer and head of Gen AI and analytics and data management.
In a LinkedIn Post, Rouam wrote: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Data Officer and Head of Gen AI, Analytics & Data Management at EFG International.”
According to her LinkedIn bio, Rouam will be based in Singapore.
She joined EFG International from Credit Suisse, where she was the global head of data science, analytics and AI solutions.
Rouam is also a data analytics advisory member at Singapore Management University (SMU) and is active in the start-up community as an advisor and mentor. She is also an AI ethics and governance committee member at the Singapore Computer Society (SCS).
She has recently been appointed as a FinTech mentor by the Singapore Fintech Festival.
Previously, Rouam was the global director of data science and data analytics at Standard Chartered Bank, where she led the establishment of data analytics for trade finance, including visualisation, credit scoring, fraud detection, process automation, and client behaviour analysis.
