Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) has partnered with enterprise automation firm, Workato to roll out the Advanced Digital Solutions (ADS) scheme, under the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) Go Digital programme.

It aims to onboard over 1,500 SMEs and help them access funding, resources and opportunities to scale up their digitalisation efforts across human resources, marketing, sales, and finance.

Workato said it is also collaborating with tech ecosystem partners, HReasily, SGTech, and Stone Forest, to support SMEs in automating and integrating workflows.

HReasily, a payroll and human resource management firm will offer solutions to efficiently and strategically manage HR processes to enhance employee experience.

While the country's premier trade association SGTech will introduce the ADS programme to suitable technology partners and SMEs, business solutions firm Stone Forest aims to provide digital consultancy under IMDA's Chief Technology Officer (CTO)-as-a-Service programme.

Workato's founder Allan Teng said the company is seeking to invite more technology partners to join its ecosystem in Singapore to help SMEs in their digital transformation plans.

Launched by IMDA in March 2020, the ADS scheme was formulated to help enterprises deepen their digital capabilities, strengthen business continuity and build longer-term resilience. The scheme has since supported hundreds of SMEs in adopting advanced and integrated solutions.
