Dell Technologies is launching its financial arm – Dell Financial Services (DFS)- to provide financing solutions to regional and global Dell customers with a Singapore presence.

Dell’s customisable payment solutions are integrated into their portfolio of solutions, from hardware and software to services and aims to help organisations accelerate their digital transformation goals with better cash flow management and capital preservation.

The payment solutions are customised to the needs of companies and are aimed at optimising their IT infrastructure. Customers can better handle budget constraints, improve project economics to make them self-funding and manage planned technology refresh cycles with suitably scheduled leases.

“We are responding to our customers’ needs for a broadened capability and portfolio to enable their business transformation journey through competitive financing options. The financing options offered by DFS are both direct and through our channel partners,” said Andy Sim, vice president, and managing director, Dell Technologies Singapore.

Globally, DFS has over US$12 billion assets under management and provides support for Dell Technologies’ customers and partners in more than 50 countries. Dell Financial Services and its full range of direct financing options will be available in Singapore from November 1, 2021.
